The Golden Circle...but make it scientific! You want to see the Golden Circle but you also want to learn about the geology and real science behind everything you see, then this is the tour for you. See many of the famous sites with a local geologist, in an intimate private tour, answering your questions and showing you diagrams and maps as you walk through forces of nature. This is a tailor-made trip, with some planned stops through the famous Golden Circle but also a smörgåsbord of fun options at the end that we will plan together. This trip is all about learning, adventuring, and going off the beaten path. Why do a Big Bus tour with 50 strangers, when you can do something truly unique?

We take care of the driving and all the parking and entry fees as we navigate the Golden Circle. And, if you choose to visit a lagoon or greenhouse, we will help you book this too.

Any food, drink, or souvenirs procured along our journeys will be covered by you. 

Please note

    Iceland is a beautiful place, but the weather is not to be trifled with! We recommend all participants wear warm, waterproof layers that can easily be add or taken off depending on what the weather gods bless us with.

    What to bring

      Dress in layers. Bring water and snacks, if needed. We can also make stops for food, bathroom, and souvenirs, so bring a payment method, too. Also pack a bathing suit if you opt to visit a geothermal lagoon.
